People decide on invisible grills in Rajahmundry when they see a finished balcony and realise the wires genuinely do disappear into the view. Photographs of the product do not do that. Photographs of the work do. So this page is the work — the job types we do most across the city, the specification behind each, and what you should be looking at in any installer's photos, including ours.
Four Things to Check in Any Installation Photo
- Track ends. Capped and square to the wall, or cut short and left open? Open ends collect water, and near the river that matters.
- Wire tension. Every wire dead straight and parallel. One wire out of line means the panel was rushed and the rest will follow.
- The wall junction. Where the track meets plaster should be sealed and tidy. A visible gap is where water gets in.
- Spacing consistency. Identical gaps top to bottom. Uneven spacing means the track was never properly set out.
Nearly every complaint we get called out to fix on somebody else's work was already visible in their own photographs.
Project Type 1 — The Riverside Apartment Balcony
Our most common Rajahmundry job. A family flat with a long balcony, a toddler who has just started walking, and a Godavari view the family paid extra for and refuses to lose behind an iron grill.
Specification: 2.5 mm high-tensile 304-grade stainless wire, run vertically, on aluminium track anchored into the slab and the underside of the beam. Tight spacing where there is a small child. Every anchor sealed at fitting. Stainless fasteners throughout — not "stainless wire with whatever screws were in the van".
Why vertical: On a tall opening, vertical wire holds tension far better than a horizontal run, and it gives a child nothing to use as a foothold. On an upper floor that stops being a preference — the reasoning is in are invisible grills safe for high-rise apartments.
We do these across Kontamuru, Morampudi, Tadithota, Madhurapudi and the newer blocks toward Diwancheruvu.
Project Type 2 — The Old House, Every Window Covered
Danavaipeta, Aryapuram and Innespeta are full of well-built older houses with lovely large windows and nothing across them. The trigger is usually an elderly parent moving in, a new pet, or a break-in on the street.
Specification: 2 mm 304-grade wire on standard windows, stepped up to 2.5 mm on the wide openings and the staircase void. Track colour matched to the existing window frames so the elevation stays uniform.
The detail that decides it: older plaster. The anchor has to reach solid material rather than sit in soft render, and on a house job that is the difference between a grill that holds and one that pulls out. It takes longer and we would rather take the time.
Common in Danavaipeta, Aryapuram, Syamala Nagar, Lalith Nagar, Prakash Nagar and Weavers Colony.
Project Type 3 — The Whole-Building Job
One owner does their balcony, the rest of the block sees the result, and the association decides to do all of them together. This is the version we most enjoy and the one that costs least per flat.
Specification: a single agreed specification for the entire building — same grade, same thickness, same spacing, same track colour on every balcony. The elevation stays genuinely uniform, which is the objection committees raise first and the one that actually matters to them.
Practical note: we will come and present the specification to your committee and leave sample panels. How to get that approval without an argument is in apartment association approval rules. Common in Bommuru, Rajanagaram, Lalacheruvu, Katheru and Kolamuru.
The Material We Use, and Why We Do Not Upsell Here
Rajahmundry is inland. 304-grade stainless is genuinely sufficient, and we tell customers that rather than selling marine-grade 316 the climate does not require. Where the money is better spent locally is thicker wire on wide river-facing balconies, stainless fasteners throughout, and properly sealed anchors — because the humidity here is real even though the salt is not. The grade comparison is in SS 304 vs SS 316 invisible grill wire; the sea-facing contrast is in invisible grills in Visakhapatnam project photos.

Quick Answers
Can I see a completed job before I commit?
Usually yes. Tell us your locality and we will try to arrange it.
How long does one balcony take?
A day, typically. No welding, no paint smell, very little mess.
Do you photograph every installation?
Only where the customer is happy for us to. If you would rather your flat was not photographed, just say so.
Will it look the same on my balcony?
The finish will. The proportions depend on your opening, which is what the free measurement is for.
